In our store, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover as forms of payment. We also accept PayPal.

Sales Tax

Depending on the state that we are shipping to, sales tax may be assessed to the subtotal of the goods that you are purchasing. If your state requires our store to remit taxes to your state government, you will see a line item for taxes in your shopping cart. We are located in Florida, so all Florida customers will be subject to sales tax.

Shipping

Orders usually ship one business day after being placed.

• Bikes can only be shipped in the continental U.S.  Bikes cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
• Shipping & Handling is typically $150 per bike. This fee includes packing materials, expert packing by our staff, and insurance. Free shipping is offered as a special promotion from time to time.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order and we will do everything we can to make it right. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact Customer Service to discuss your return options.
